Nanea

      Started off the day with a great breakfast with an even greater view.  Not only was the beach beautiful, it had our favorite family game!

     After breakfast, drove the 3 miles up to Nanea. The course sits on the side of one of the three volcanoes on the Big Island and offers beautiful, panoramic views of the Pacific. Unfortunately, one of the other volcanoes on the island has started spewing steam, etc and that creates a bit of "smog" that hurts the view. Not much to complain about, however!

Quite a few interesting holes, some short and some quite long. Par three's were great; probably because I parred all three of them!! (Course is Par 73 which made my 81 even more impressive!) Look closely to see my ball snuggled up about 10 feet from the cup!!

After golf headed back to the Four Seasons for a swim. Dinner on the property.

Tomorrow I play with a friend from Q who moved out here last year. We're playing the course here at the hotel which looks quite nice. The 18th hole is right in front of my suite (Did I forget to mention my upgrade??)
